Pricing
Gold and silver prices track live bullion rates and are re-calculated at checkout; rates change with the market and your total may differ from the cart page by minutes. GST (3%) applies as shown in the price breakup.
Orders
An order is confirmed only after payment (or, for direct bank transfer, UTR verification) and server-side checks. We may cancel orders with refund where verification fails, prices are impacted by typographical error, or the buyer cannot be reached for OTP.
Products
Coins are BIS hallmarked where applicable; weights are stated with purity. Slight variation in die-strike design is normal for legal-mint products.
Final weight
Final weight is measured before dispatch — a difference of up to 0.5% is on us, anything larger is settled as an extra payment or a refund. A settlement is worked out at the rupee-per-gram billed for your piece, carries GST the same way, and prints as its own line on the invoice — the total you agreed to at checkout is never rewritten.
Payments
The default method is direct bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS / UPI, or our Pay Now QR), which carries an automatic discount on the order total. Online payments run through Razorpay, SMEPay or PayU. Cash on Delivery has been withdrawn, though earlier COD orders are fulfilled on their recorded terms. Cheques/drafts are accepted only at our discretion.
Buy-back
Rates quoted for selling gold to PMJ GOLD are indicative and finalised after physical purity testing (karatmeter) at our centre or with the field executive.
Liability
PMJ GOLD's liability for any order is limited to the order value. We are not liable for market-rate movement after an order is placed.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at our registered city have jurisdiction. GSTIN and invoices are issued as per the GST Act.
