Shipping Policy
Insured, tracked dispatch of gold and silver across India. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours after payment/OTP confirmation. High-value orders may require one extra day for hallmark and invoice QA.
Delivery time
Generally 5–7 working days for metro cities and up to 7 working days for the rest of India via insured partners (BlueDart/Delhivery/Ecom Express bullion mode). Every order page quotes the exact date we expect to arrive.
Shipping charge
Delivery is ₹199, waived completely on orders above ₹3,000. The value shown live in your cart summary always governs what you pay.
Insurance & OTP
Every parcel is insured to full invoice value and delivered only against an OTP from the registered mobile — the same number used at checkout.
Address changes
Contact us before dispatch to change the address. Post-dispatch redirection is not possible for insured consignments.
Undelivered parcels
If a COD parcel is refused or undeliverable after 3 attempts, the order is cancelled and the shipping/return cost is deducted from any advance paid.
