What we collect
Name, mobile number, email (optional) and delivery address for order fulfilment; payment is processed by our PCI-DSS gateway partners (Razorpay, SMEPay, PayU) — PMJ GOLD never sees or stores your card data. WhatsApp OTP uses your mobile number only to verify the order.
Why we use it
To create and deliver orders, send your GST invoice and order PDF, respond to enquiries, and meet statutory record-keeping. We do not sell or rent customer data to anyone.
Marketing
You may receive order and delivery updates on WhatsApp / email. There is no promotional messaging without your consent, and replying STOP to any message opts you out.
Cookies & storage
Your cart and favourites are stored in your browser (localStorage). A session cookie keeps checkout secure. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
Sharing
Data is shared only with: our payment gateways (for transaction processing), courier partners (name, address, phone for delivery), and regulators when law requires.
Security
Prices and orders are verified server-side, passwords are hashed, and admin access is rate-limited. Report concerns to pmj.gold@outlook.com.
