1. Information We Collect
We collect identity details you provide at registration (name, mobile, email, PAN) and transaction data (orders, SIP mandates, holdings). Bank accounts and addresses you add in Settings are stored solely to process payouts, deliveries and statutory invoices.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to operate your vault account, generate GST-compliant invoices, satisfy KYC/AML obligations under Indian law, and communicate order status. We never sell personal data. Payment pages are served over HTTPS by our payment partners (PayU); card/UPI credentials are never stored on our servers.
3. Storage & Security
Records are stored in an encrypted-at-rest database on secured servers with role-based admin access, session hardening (HTTP-only cookies, CSRF protection) and hashed passwords (bcrypt). We retain transaction records as required under the Companies Act and GST law.
4. Your Rights
You may access, correct or request deletion of your profile data from the Settings page or by writing to info@pmjgold.in. Deletion requests are honoured subject to statutory retention of financial records.
