Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. EMI Plan Cancellation

Customers may choose to cancel their active bullion EMI plan prior to completion under specific terms. Should you choose to cancel your plan, the principal amount paid will be fully refunded, subject to applicable interest and administrative handling charges.

2. Down Payment & Processing Fee

The initial down payment secures live market rates and locks inventory in our insured vaults. In the event of early termination or cancellation within the cooling-off window, standard vault handling charges and administrative processing deductions may apply before the remaining principal is reimbursed.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back via the original payment method or transferred directly to the customer's verified bank account via NEFT/RTGS within 7 to 10 working days following formal written verification.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Once the final installment has been successfully completed and the BIS-certified gold or silver bullion has been dispatched via insured pan-India delivery, the order cannot be cancelled or returned due to the volatile nature of precious metal markets.
