Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed (including WhatsApp OTP confirmation where enabled), our team may begin verification, packing, and dispatch. Cancellations are easiest before packing/dispatch.

• Before dispatch: You may request cancellation by contacting support with your order ID. If the order is not yet packed or handed to the courier, we will usually cancel it.
• After packing / handover: Cancellation is not guaranteed. We may decline or treat it as a return under the Refund Policy (charges may apply).
• Custom / special orders: Items prepared to a specific request may not be cancellable once work has started.

Please request cancellation as early as possible·ideally within a few hours of placing the order.

We may cancel an order if:

• The selected weight/design is unavailable after confirmation.
• Address, phone, or KYC/verification details are incomplete or cannot be confirmed.
• We detect unusual, fraudulent, or duplicate orders.
• Payment fails, is reversed, or cannot be verified.
• Operational, compliance, or force-majeure reasons prevent fulfilment.

If we cancel after you have paid, any eligible amount will be refunded as described in the Refund Policy.

Once an order is dispatched or delivered, it cannot be cancelled through this policy. For damaged, wrong, or defective products, follow the claim process in the Refund Policy within the stated reporting window.

You will receive confirmation once cancellation is accepted. Until then, the order may still proceed to dispatch.

• Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch: eligible payment is refunded per the Refund Policy.
• Unpaid COD orders cancelled before dispatch: no payment is collected; the order is closed.

Repeated COD refusals without a valid reason may lead to future COD restrictions. If you need to cancel a COD order, please inform us before the courier attempt so we can stop dispatch where possible.
